Our full-time, live-in staff ensures your horse’s needs are always met and gives you the peace of mind of knowing someone is there to help in any emergency. We offer many amenities for your convenience, including turnout service and lunch. With numerous turnouts, arenas and acreage to roam, you’ll never be bored nor lack room to ride, groom or play with your favorite friends!



Arriba Vista Ranch offers 5 arenas, 3 with lights, to meet the varied needs of our clients. Arenas are groomed daily and access is unrestricted. We have lots of space and big arenas, so it’s easy to share!

At Arriba Vista Ranch our goal is to provide the highest quality of care for your horse. Each stall or paddock has rubber matting and automatic waterers. Our barn is equipped with an automatic fly control system. Our stalls and paddocks range in size and include daily cleaning.

Trail Riding


Arriba Vista Ranch offers boarders groomed and ungroomed trails with spectacular views of the Bay Area. Flat, shaded trails along the creek, along with steady grade hill climbs, provide a variety of trails for you and your horse.

Located just off of I-680, Arriba Vista Ranch is just a quick hop off of the freeway between Fremont and Pleasanton. Heading Northbound, exit at Sheridan or exit at Andrade if you are driving southbound.
